In his 40s, Azlizan Mohd Nayan is the Executive Director of 3F Resources Sdn Bhd since 2010. He started as General Manager of the company before being appointed as Executive Director. He is currently the director in charge of a few key departments under the Company, namely Project Management Department and Pre Sales Support and Channel Services.
Mr Azlizan holds a Bachelor of LLB (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He finished his schooling at Sekolah Menengah Sains Teluk Intan (SEMESTI) before entering IIUM Matriculation Center.
He is a Certified Meta-NLP Practitioner and a Certified Meta-Coach registered under International Society of Neuro Semantics.
Together with 3Fs other partners, Azlizan has led 3F to many successes. Prior to working with 3F, he was the Learning Manager of Precision Portal Sdn Bhd. Azlizan started his career with Swift Computer System Sdn Bhd (Swift) after his graduation. In about two years of working at Swift, he gained valuable experience in managed and conducted a training and expanded sales including mass market accounts.
