49 years old, is the co-founder and the Executive Director of 3F Resources Sdn Bhd. After years of involvement in the ICT business world, he decides to venture into his own, together with his long time buddy, in 2004. He has been holding his directorship since February 2005 and is currently the senior director in charge of a few key departments, namely Sales and Technology Managed Service.
It has all been about hard work and persistency. Experiences gained throughout his own small enterprise and later joining few SME companies ranging from electrical, civil and IT engineering businesses have developed his inner ability to move ahead with the idea of having his own company.
3F has achieved so much under his leadership and he aims to keep it flying high and gain more successes in the future. Peak of recognition that has come recently under 3F wing is being recognized as ‘Syarikat Teras’ which is a bumiputera entrepreneurial development program under TERAJU, a unit of Jabatan Perdana Menteri (JPM).
A graduate from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Muamar is active in social events and activities that benefit the local community. He has served as Secretary General for his university Alumni, a current member of Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia and a member of the Malay College Old Boys Association (MCOBA).
Giving back to community has always been his inspiration and he successfully collaborates with a rural primary school in Perak and makes it as 3F adopted school. The collaboration aims at improving the academic results of the students via few academic and motivation programs.
