Norazlina Bt. Bujang @ Kassim joined 3F Resources Sdn Bhd in March 2005. Currently she holds the post of Executive Director, managing portfolio of Finance, Human Resource and Administration. She became member of the Board of Directors of 3F Resources since June 2016.
Some of her tasks includes monitoring and managing financial related activities and advises the fellow of BOD members on key financial decisions. She leads Group Finance as an active strategic financial partner in driving 3F business aspirations, and achieving Group’s objectives. Besides this, she also ensures continuous improvement and reviews key financial areas such as finance policies & procedures, system efficiency & processes, strategic financial risks, and staff competency.
She obtained a Degree in Accounting from University Utara Malaysia in 2001. She is a Chartered Accountant of Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2007, and also a certified Meta-NLP Practitioner (NLP).
Norazlina began her career in 2001 as Finance Trainee at Finance Division, International Islamic University Malaysia. She has 17 years of experience in handling and managing Finance, HR and Administration matters.
