A personal assistant (PA), works closely with directorial staff to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. PAs need extensive knowledge of the organization in which they work. They need to know who key personnel are (both external and internal) and understand the organization's aims and objectives. Directors often rely heavily on their PA, trusting that work will be handled efficiently in their absence.
Requirements:-
-Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Secretarial or related
-Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
-Minimum 1 year experience is advantage
-Good communication skills and must be multi-tasking person
-Good personality
-Computer literacy and capable to utilize MS office proficiently
-Highly independent, confident and initiative to complete task
-Able to work on long hours if necessary
-Female Muslim
-Age 18-25 years old
Job Description:
- works closely with director to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis
- devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
- screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the director
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the director is well prepared for meetings
- liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- assist all administration work
Requirements:
• Qualification in IT and Computer Science will be advantage
• At least have 2 years relevant working experience

Job Description:
• Involves in supporting pre-sales activities by giving detailed information about technical specifications and the ways in which can meet customer’s needs
• Demonstrating those features before a sale and responding to a pre-qualification questionnaire, replying to a more detailed ITT (Information to Tender) document
• Negotiating a commercial agreement to the benefit of both the customer and supplier
• Solving faults and problems, or maximizing the use of software features, as well as advising on appropriate user training
• Understanding customers diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
• Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of the employer’s systems and processes and then documenting them
• Identifying and developing new business
• Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology
• Meeting sales targets set by management
• Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
• Handling hardware or software problems and faults and referring on to specialist technical colleagues
• Responding on tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
